The Operations Division is
under the direction of Captain M. Mullins and is
responsible for the command and control of the Patrol Division, Criminal Investigation Division, K9 Patrol
Division,
Public Relations, and the Housing
Division. The Operations Division oversees the
allocation and distribution of patrol officers throughout
the city during routine patrol and provides the planning
for additional officers during special events or natural
disaters
